The room was spacious. the room was also super clean. I found no dust or dirt anywhere. i especially liked the blackout curtains in the beautiful king double or twin room!!!

The staff were very cute upon arrival. i was awarded guest of the day and upgraded to an executive king bedroom, a lovely surprise! this included complimentary drinks and parking, a lovely extra touch for my birthday trip. i definitely felt valued as a guest. I was very satisfied.

i found the staff to be kind and helpful. a special thanks goes to sherman and wayne for being attentive and friendly. the hotel is well located near the city centre. i also found the parking convenient.

i found the flooring in the approach to the restaurant in poor condition, and also in the dining area.

The staff offered assistance with luggage and provided quick check-in. i observed staff members promptly addressing guest requests and inquiries. i noticed consistent, polite interactions throughout the hotel. Everyone was helpful.

ill-fitting uniforms poor flooring

The uniforms worn by the staff did not look professional. many was ill-fitting, which detracts from the hotel's image. the flooring leading to the restaurant also showed signs of wear and tear. It was in poor condition. i expected better maintenance in a supposed five-star hotel.
