The staff were very cute upon arrival. i was awarded guest of the day and upgraded to an executive king bedroom, a lovely surprise! this included complimentary drinks and parking, a lovely extra touch for my birthday trip. i definitely felt valued as a guest. I was very satisfied.

i found the staff to be kind and helpful. a special thanks goes to sherman and wayne for being attentive and friendly. the hotel is well located near the city centre. i also found the parking convenient.
i found the flooring in the approach to the restaurant in poor condition, and also in the dining area.

The uniforms worn by the staff did not look professional. many was ill-fitting, which detracts from the hotel's image. the flooring leading to the restaurant also showed signs of wear and tear. It was in poor condition. i expected better maintenance in a supposed five-star hotel.
